To our great disappointment there was a miscommunication between our booking and the details the hotel had. After more than an hour of discussion they finally allowed us into the spa. The hotel was ok.

La única pega que pongo es que el colchón está un poco duro (es de muelles), lo demás todo bien. Muy limpio todo, buenas vistas y buena ubicación. A destacar la chica que realiza los masajes (IRENE), tiene unas manos estupendas y salimos encantados. Nosotros nos realizamos masajes y acudimos a spa habitualmente y puedo decir que pocas personas saben dar masajes como ella.

Buen hotel con gran localización en Hervás, fácil de llegar y aparcar. Está en los límites del pueblo, pero a minutos andando de sus atracciones y sitios de interés. Tiene buen desayuno y excelente bar que abre pronto (08:00). Las habitaciones están bien, y es un excelente punto de partida para las maravillosas rutas que salen desde Hervás. Tuvieron un gran detalle con nosotros sin tener obligación,
